Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Services:
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Thickness gauging, flaw detection, and corrosion/erosion mapping for process piping, pressure vessels, and storage tanks.
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT): Surface and near-surface crack detection on ferromagnetic welds, forgings, and structural steel.
- Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT): High-sensitivity defect detection for non-porous metals, stainless alloys, and non-ferrous components.
- Visual & Optical Inspection (VT): Detailed direct and remote visual inspection (RVI / borescope) for internal machinery cavities, turbine blading, and piping spools.
- Radiographic Examination (RT): Sub-surface volumetric integrity verification for critical welds and casting components.
Lifting Equipment Inspection & Proof Load Testing:
- Statutory Lifting Equipment Examination: Thorough periodic inspection and recertification of cranes, hoists, winches, runways, and loose lifting gear compliant with LOLER / OSHA regulations.
- Proof Load Testing & Verification: Static and dynamic load testing using calibrated water bags, load cells, and solid test weights.
- Lifting Gear Management: Implementation of standardized plant-wide color-coding tagging systems, register maintenance, and defect quarantine protocols.
- Certified Technical Training: Practical, certified operator courses in mobile crane operation, slinging and rigging, forklift safety, and lifting supervisor competency.
